Suite APPs — in effect since August 3, 2026. It covers the suite-apps.com.br site, the download page of each app and the automatic update service.

When you open a download page or click to download, the server records the data below. It is not used for advertising, it is not sold and it does not feed any tracking network.

Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX of the Brazilian LGPD) in knowing how many people use the apps, on which systems and from where — without that there is no way to decide what to keep, fix or discontinue in a project maintained by one person.
About the location: it is approximate and derived from the IP by a database installed on our own server. Your address is never sent to an external service for this, and we do not use your device location.
About the IP: it is deleted automatically after 180 days. What remains is a code derived from it through a one-way function, which serves only to avoid counting the same download twice and cannot identify you or lead back to the original address.
The desktop apps check periodically for a new version. In that request the server records the IP, the installed version and the operating system, for the same purposes, retention periods and legal basis as the previous section. That is how we know how many installations are still on an old version — which decides when a fix has to be published urgently.
Some apps let you sign in with a Suite account. In that case we keep your name, e-mail, the password in encrypted form (never in readable text) and the records of sessions and of access by authorised apps. The legal basis is performance of the terms of use, and the data stays for as long as the account exists. When you delete the account, it is removed.
If you sign in through Google, we receive only your name, e-mail and profile picture — never your password.
There is no advertising cookie, social network pixel or third-party tracker on any page. We do not receive the content of what you do inside the apps — the files you index, the screens you share or the settings you adjust stay on your computer, except in the features that depend on an account and that the app itself makes explicit when they are enabled.
The AnyScreens password vault is zero-knowledge: the key is born from your password and never reaches the server. That means nobody, not even us, can open your vault — and that if the password is lost, the content is unrecoverable.
With nobody for commercial purposes. The data lives on a server rented from DigitalOcean (New York, USA), and transactional e-mails — sign-up confirmation and password recovery — are sent through Brevo. Both act as processors, handling only what the service needs to work. We may also comply with a court order or legal request, should there be one.
The Brazilian LGPD (art. 18) guarantees your right to confirm whether we process your data, access it, correct it, request anonymisation or deletion, withdraw consent and object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Write to privacidade@suite-apps.com.br. We answer within 15 days. For requests about download records, tell us the approximate date and the app: since we do not store your name alongside those records, that is what allows us to find them.
All traffic uses HTTPS. Passwords are stored with a slow key-derivation algorithm and a salt, purpose-built for this. Administrative access to the server is restricted and done by key.
The apps are not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from that age group. If we identify such an account, it is removed.
If anything changes in what is collected, this page is updated and the date at the top reflects the revision. It is worth checking it from time to time.
